Terms of use
Rules for using the Prism alpha
These terms govern access to Prism during its internal development and evaluation period. Any separate written agreement between Wildlife AI and London Alley Entertainment controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Authorized access
Prism is invite-only. You may use it only if you are authorized by London Alley Entertainment or Wildlife AI and are able to enter these terms. Access is personal to you. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use another person's account.
Development preview
Prism is an alpha-stage service under active development. Features, data models, calculations, and availability may change. The service is provided for internal evaluation and supported operations, and should not be treated as the sole system of record unless your organization has approved that workflow in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access projects, accounts, or information you are not authorized to use;
- upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or unauthorized material;
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or evade usage limits;
- misrepresent approvals, financial records, or the identity of another person; or
- use Prism in a way that violates law, contractual duties, or company policy.
Content and permissions
You and your organization retain ownership of content submitted to Prism. You grant Prism and its service providers permission to host, reproduce, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to submit the content and personal information you provide.
AI-assisted output
AI-assisted extraction, suggestions, and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. A qualified person must review outputs before they affect a budget, payment, staffing decision, client communication, legal duty, or other material action. Prism does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Confidentiality and security
Production, financial, crew, client, and vendor information in Prism may be confidential. Handle it according to your organization's policies and any applicable production or client agreement. Notify us promptly if you suspect account compromise or unauthorized disclosure.
Prism ownership
Prism, its software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by Wildlife AI, London Alley Entertainment, or their licensors as applicable. Except for the limited right to use the internal service, these terms grant no license to that intellectual property.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue alpha features, restrict access, or remove content when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or development reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a service-level commitment for the alpha.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism is provided "as is" and "as available" during the alpha, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Neither Wildlife AI nor London Alley Entertainment will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the alpha. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited by the applicable written agreement and law.
Ending access
You may stop using Prism at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, loss of authorization, security risk, or discontinuation of the alpha. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and retained records survive as applicable.
Governing terms and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a controlling written agreement provides otherwise. Questions may be sent to dirk@wildlifeai.co.
